A BRIEF RED TIDE History:

Our popular RED TIDE series is now on its 4th instalment.
The scenario is DEA vs the El Hacha Cartel.

Historically these event scenarios have been rife with war crimes, corruption, murder and all manor of horific deeds.

RED TIDE 1
DEA Operations in Columbia - Supported by Special Operations Detachment

ORIGINAL OPERATIONAL INTENT:

  • Effect the flow of Red Cocaine into the USA by disrupting Cartel Activity

  • Pit the two operating cartels, El Hacha and Del Golfo, against one another to reduce drug flow to the USA

  • Identify the Kingpin (Espada) through an intelligence chain of individuals, carryout operations to kill or capture


OUTCOMES:

  • The two operating cartels, El Hacha and Del Golfo, joined sides against the DEA after an alleged incident whereby DEA Agents and supporting Spec Ops opened fire during a friendly football match between locals

  • The Kingpin (Espada) was identified and KIA

    DEA Operations in Columbia - With Support from CIA GRS

    ORIGINAL OPERATIONAL INTENT:

  • Impact the effectiveness of Cartels (El Hacha and Del Golfo - now collaborating) production of Fentanyl which revenue is used to purchase Image intensifiers (Night vision/ thermal) and Automatic Weapons (Support guns)

  • Divide the cartels and ensure only one cartel is able to continue business


OUTCOMES:

  • Cartels were able to produce enough revenue from fentanyl production and export to purchase Night Vision and support weapon assets.

  • Allegedly, members of the DEA murdered a local doctor, not affiliated with narcotics production and planted evidence on the doctor to justify actions

  • A deal was struck between DEA Command and El Hacha bosses to enable their operations to continue and undercut Del Golfo Cartel

  • Del Golfo resorted to Suicide Bombing and took the life of a US Delogate

    DEA Operations in Houston Texas (USA) - With Support from Local Police and Sheriffs Department


    ORIGINAL OPERATIONAL INTENT:

  • Understand El Hacha Newly formed operations in Housten

  • Manage potential conflict between El Hacha Cartel and the long established 60th Street Bounty Hunters Gang

  • Disrupt the supply and distribution of Fentanyl and Cocaine within the city

  • Menage the secure transportation of seized narcotics to incineration


OUTCOMES:

  • El Hacha overwhelmed the 60th Street Bounty Hunter Gang, who were more interested in causing small scale skirmishes with the DEA than maintaining a solid hold on their criminal enterprise

  • The seized narcotics were not incinerated and were recovered by El Hacha

  • The DEA commanders corruption was uncovered and he was arrested by local Police under the suspicion of supporting and collaborating with El Hacha for financial gain, as well as further crimes in relation to abuse of power, illegal Narcotics use and distribution, fraud, embezzlement and prostitution.

    DEA Operations Continue in Houston Texas (USA) - With Support from Local Police and Sheriffs Department


    OPERATIONAL INTENT:

  • Investigate and understand narcotics production and distribution mechanism in operation within Houston

  • Implement a Combined Taskforce between DEA and Local PD to disrupt the production and distribution of Narcotics within Houston.

  • Increase Police and DEA presence within the residential districts

  • Accumulate and provide valuable evidence to internal affairs, ahead of the court hearing for former DEA Commander

  • Provide security to the High Value Suspect (Former DEA Commander) manage secure logistics to and from court hearings
