REACTION TO BLANK FIRE

  • The role of a blank fire weapon at a Defiant Event is purely for atmosphere, calling a hit from a blank fire weapon is NOT mandatory and is merely courtesy.

  • If caught in the open when receiving blank fire, players should react as if it were real incoming fire and seek cover (reaction to effective enemy fire). Failure to at least react to blank fire by taking cover is a clear violation to enter into the spirit of the event.
